Cossette graduated from Texas State University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in respiratory care.  Her career began at Lurie Children’s Hospital, where she gained valuable experience in critical care across various units and patient populations. After a couple of years working in children’s hospitals, she transitioned to the DME environment, primarily caring for adult patients. Her passion for pediatric care persisted, driving her to continue working in this field. Throughout her career, she has consistently strived to improve patients’ and families’ lives by helping them transition into a new normal. She is thrilled to embark on this new journey with Wave Healthcare and is eager to make a positive impact and contribute to the organization’s mission.
