Sarah Caldwell

Sarah is a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Therapist with a diverse background in both military and civilian healthcare settings. She proudly served in the U.S. Army as a Respiratory Therapist, where she developed strong skills in critical care, patient advocacy, and working effectively under pressure.
Following her military service, Sarah continued her career at the VA Medical Center in New York City during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. There, she provided essential care to veterans during one of the most challenging times in healthcare history.
Sarah’s clinical experience spans all patient populations, including adults, pediatrics, and neonates (NICU). She also has specialized expertise in Pulmonary Function Testing, with a strong focus on both diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care.
Sarah is excited to join Wave Healthcare because of its outstanding reputation for quality respiratory services and its patient centered mission. She looks forward to contributing her knowledge, adaptability, and passion for respiratory care to positively impact the lives of the patients and families served by Wave Healthcare.
