Karina Estrada, MS, RD, LD is a registered and licensed dietitian with a strong foundation in both clinical and community nutrition. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Texas State University in 2018, and went on to complete her master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences at Texas Tech University in 2022.

Karina’s diverse experience includes working as a bilingual nutrition educator at the San Antonio Food Bank, where she connected with the community to promote healthy living. She also served as a travel dietitian, gaining hands-on experience across hospitals and clinics throughout Texas. Her clinical expertise includes managing complex nutrition support in critical care settings, including both enteral and parenteral nutrition.

She has provided personalized nutrition counseling for patients with a wide range of conditions, including diabetes, kidney disease, gastrointestinal disorders, cardiovascular disease, weight management, cancer, and malnutrition.
