8/15 Deadline: DME Provider Transition
Patients currently receiving incontinence supplies will need to contact Superior if they want to remain with a network provider other than Tenderheart for incontinence supplies.
August 15 is the deadline for members to notify Superior if they wish to remain with their current DME provider. Beginning October 1, certain DME supplies will be provided through a preferred provider unless a member has elected to maintain their current DME provider.
