Shannon Hardy joined Wave as a Registered Respiratory Therapist with our Lubbock branch. She has since been promoted to Director of Clinical Operations.

Prior to joining Wave Healthcare, she worked as a respiratory therapist at University Medical Center in Lubbock for 13 years. 

Shannon has extensive experience in the NICU and PICU, and she has worked on the transport team for two units. 

She is passionate about teaching parents and caregivers, empowering them to care for their little ones at home. 

“I used to watch these patients being born,” Shannon said, ” I saw them have their ups and downs in the hospital, and then had to say my goodbyes when they were discharged. Now, I get to meet them and follow their progress, which is unbelievably amazing and inspiring.”
