We were recently informed Baylor Scott & White FirstCare will be leaving the Medicaid MCO Network as of 9/1/26. This affects our Lubbock patients currently enrolled with FirstCare. All policies will term on 8/31/2026.
To ensure our patients are informed, we will be sending a DX Message to contact their insurance to select a new plan. There are many options to consider.
