The COVID-19 pandemic has, and is still, affecting every single one of us. This has been a challenging time for everyone around the globe. As many of us still have feelings of uncertainty, Wave Healthcare has changed many of our processes and practices to help ensure that you are safe.
The well-being, safety, and health are Wave Healthcare’s top priority of not only our clients, but our employees. We are doing all we can to keep clients and staff safe while continuing to support the daily needs of our communities. We are currently monitoring employees who are working in the office daily. Any clients or families that come to the office, are prescreened prior to their arrival and temperatures are taken once they do arrive. Each client service area that is used is cleaned and disinfected after the appointment. Screening questions are also asked prior to any routine home visit, and no contact visits are done as allowed.
As Wave Healthcare faces increasing medical supply shortages, we continue to work diligently with our vendors and suppliers to help ease this additional stress for families. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
This pandemic has taken us all by surprise, but we at Wave Healthcare are inspired by how our communities have come together in this challenging time to adapt, improve, and put in to place innovative solutions to ease the worry and stress these kinds of situations can bring.
Wave Healthcare will continue to refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, and all other local and state health agencies to always determine the safest course of action for all involved.
