Battle of Flowers
accessible Fun With Wave Healthcare
Ten years ago, Wave Healthcare founder and CEO Rodney Gray saw that the families we serve couldn’t partake in certain Fiesta events. To rectify this, he partnered with the Battle of Flowers Association. As a result, special seating accommodations were made for our patients who utilize wheelchairs. They also moved the parade’s start time to earlier in the day — making it easier for our patients to tolerate the Texas heat!
This year, we are proud to once again extend invitations to our patients and their families for the Battle of Flowers parade! As our guests, you will receive your event tickets free of charge, and lunch will be provided for you. There will be a wheelchair-accessible bathroom available, as well. And of course, volunteers from Wave Healthcare will be on hand to ensure you and your family have a wonderful, worry-free time.

¡Viva Fiesta!
